Ways to Give
During our Sunday worship services, we pass plates throughout the pews as an opportunity to make your offering as an act of worship. On Sunday or any other day, you can also deposit your offering into the offertory boxes on the walls near the Sanctuary entrances or outside the church office. These boxes are secured and collected regularly. Checks can be made out to “First Presbyterian Church.”
Tithely is a secure online giving platform many churches use for one-time or recurring gifts. Click here to give to First Presbyterian using Tithely.
Memorial giving is a unique way to leave a legacy of your time as a part of God’s work at First Presbyterian and provide for God’s ongoing work for generations to come. For more information about memorial giving, please email the church office at churchoffice@firstpres.us.
Our church maintains two benevolence funds:
- Our Covenant Partner Benevolence Fund is available to members of our church family who find themselves in financial need. These funds are confidentially administered by the pastor and elders.
- Our Neighbor Benevolence Fund is available to neighbors of Freeborn County who approach the church with appropriate financial needs. These funds are administered by our Ministry Assistant.
